Sullivan County Fugitive of the Week

Sullivan County Sheriff John P. Simonds is seeking public assistance in locating a fugitive from Claremont, New Hampshire.

Melissa A. Tozco, aged 39, has a warrant issued for her arrest due to failing to appear in court. Tozco was originally charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug, and Dealing in or Possession of Prescription Drugs, a Class B Felony and Class A Misdemeanor respectively.

The fugitive was arrested on June 16, 2019 by the Claremont Police Department, released and placed on bail with a citation to appear in court on July 11. After waiving her arraignment, a new date of August 15 was set at Sullivan County Superior Court. Tozco failed to appear at this time.

The 39-year-old is described as being 5 foot 1 inch and approximately 125 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes.
