Another New Hampshire man has been charged with voting in numerous states, reports the Attorney General’s office.
Robert A. Bell of Atkinson, NH was convicted Wednesday of voting in both NH and Florida during the same election year. The charge is a Class B Felony, and Bell could be facing anywhere from 3-7 years in prison, and/or up to a $4000 fine.
He could also lose his right to vote. Bell will be sentenced on November 7, 2019.
