
The 9-year-old Claremont, NH boy in need of a kidney received his transplant this weekend, reports WMUR.
On Saturday, October 26, 2019, Nymen Koch was given his donor kidney. Koch began getting sick two years ago and was found to have a hereditary disease called Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis.
After a five hour surgery, his parents state that the new kidney is functioning.
