The Westminster State Police Barracks have provided updates on the suspicious death that took place on November, 1, 2019 in Rockingham, VT.
On Friday, 44-year-old Roberto Fonseca-Rivera of Boston, MA was found dead in his delivery truck from what appears to be gunshot wounds. Fonseca-Rivera’s last known location was around 12:15 PM as he was leaving Rutland, VT. Police believe he was shot between 1 and 1:30 PM. An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday the 4th, but no information has currently been released.
