A Langdon, NH man is this week’s Sullivan County Fugitive of the Week.
23-year-old Cody D. Rowan is described as being six foot five inches, weighing approximately 265 pounds, and having brown hair with hazel eyes. Rowan’s original charge was Burglary, a Class B Felony. He is now wanted for Violation of Probation. On September 24, 2019, the NH Department of Corrections field a violation of probation report with the Sullivan County Superior Court alleging that Rowan had violated the terms of his release. A search warrant was put out for his arrest on October 9.
