
DraftKings has reached an agreement on a sports betting contract with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission, reports the Eagle Times.
Governor Chris Sununu’s Executive Council voted to approve the six year contract. Under the contract, DraftKings will pay the lottery 51% of gross mobile commission and 50% of brick-and-mortar gross commission. The NH Lottery expects the DraftKings mobile app in NH to be running by January.
This new deal makes NH the second state in New England to allow sports betting.
Online Sports gambling will be legal to citizens 18 years of age and over. Up to 10 physical sports book locations, and up to 5 online locations will be allowed.
