Crash Shuts Down I-91

A motor vehicle accident on Interstate 91 in Hartland, VT blocked both northbound lanes, reports HereCast.

The crash occurred at 7:30 PM on Friday, December 8, 2019. According to reports, a refrigerator truck crashed into the guardrail, rupturing a fuel tank. Crews worked through the night to clean up the hazardous waste, and make the highway safe for road travel. No injuries have been reported.

Responding to the scene were the Hartland and Hartford Fire Departments.
