Aggravated DWI Leads to Crash in Langdon

A Langdon, NH man has been arrested following a motor vehicle accident Monday morning, reports the NH State Police.

At approximately 9:30 AM, NHSP were notified of a red SUV operating in a hazardous manner on Route 12A north. While attempting to locate the SUV, police received reports of a vehicle matching the description rolled over in Langdon. Troopers arrived at the scene to find the vehicle rolled into several trees.

The driver, 27-year-old Alexander Waters of Langdon, was extracted from the vehicle and transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Alcohol appears to be involved in the crash. Waters has been arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Driving After Suspension.

He will appear in Sullivan County Superior Court on January 2, 2020.
