Colby-Sawyer Receives Large Health Studies Investment

According to WCAX, the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical System has invested a sizable amount into New London,NH’s Colby-Sawyer College.

An investment of up to $3.25 Million, beginning with an initial $750,00, has been made to fund health science programs and boost the nursing program’s enrollment. The new programs have been specifically designed with DHMC input, and aim to train around 1000 workers for the healthcare system.

New programs including addiction studies, healthcare administration, health science, medical lab science and social work will begin in the Fall 2020 semester.
