Canam Bridges Sold

Canam Bridges in Claremont, NH has been sold to a Quebec-based company, reports nhbr.

The acquisition is part of a muli-million dollar deal that also includes plants in South Plainfield, New Jersey as well as Canam plants in Calgary, Quebec, and Ontario. The buyers include the Marcel Dutil family, who started the company around 60 years ago before selling to a New York-based firm.

The final sale totals are said to total more than $644 million.
