Charges Dropped in Revenge Porn Case

Revenge porn charges against a Claremont, New Hampshire man have been dropped, reports The Union Leader.

43-year-old Chad Boardman of Claremont was indicted on two counts of dissemination of private sexual images in 2019. However, the charges have been filed nolle prosequi, which means that the charges will be dropped.

According to the report, the victim has not been in contact with the state in weeks. The victim and Boardman have also allegedly agreed to a cordial relationship due to mutual friends.

Prosecutors will refile if the woman changes her mind.
