Sullivan County Fugitive of the Week

Sheriff John P. Simonds has released the Sullivan County Fugitive of the Week.

Police are on the hunt for 37-year-old Erika O’Leary of Goshen, New Hampshire. O’Leary is described as being a five foot three inch white female, weighing approximately 110 pounds, having blue eyes and red hair. Her original charge was for two counts of welfare fraud, she is now wanted for failure to appear in court.

On May 17, 2017, she plead guilty to the two counts and was placed on probation as part of her sentence. On January 27, 2020, the NH Department of Probation filed a violation of probation, stating that she violated the terms.
