NH Court Allowing Some Evidence Against Man Who Killed Seven Motorcyclists in Randolph Last Year

A New Hampshire court has ruled that some evidence pertaining to Volodymyr Zhukovskyy’s alcohol and drug use will be admissible in court, reports the Associated Press.

Zhukovskyy was the driver of a truck that collided with seven motorcyclists last June.

The Superior Court decided that evidence of Zhukovskyy driving erratically earlier on the day of the crash will be admissible, along with evidence of his criminal past, which includes cases of illegal drug use.

The court denied the prosecution’s request to admit two past incidences of erratic driving. The crash occurred on June 21, 2019 in Randolph.

The seven motorcyclists who passed were a part of the Jarheads Motorcycle Club, a collection of Marines and their spouses.

Zhukovskyy has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of driving under the influence and negligent homicide.
