Investigators have found a body that they believe to be a missing Keene man in northern New Hampshire, reports WMUR.
On Wednesday, the attorney general’s office stated that investigators have found what they believe to be the body of 25-year-old missing Keene man, Jonathan Amerault. The corpse was discovered in the area of Atkinson and Gilmanton Academy Grant in Coos County. An autopsy has been scheduled for Thursday.
Amerault was reported missing on Monday, after failing to report to work. Friends and family stated that he had not been seen since Saturday. At this time, investigators are calling the death “suspicious”, although there does not appear to be any danger to the public.
