
A single-car crash on Monday in Tunbridge, Vermont led to the arrest of the operator on three separate outstanding warrants.
According to a press release from the VT State Police-Royalton Barracks, they received notice of the accident at approximately 1:20 PM on Monday, December 7th. An investigation conducted at the scene of the accident identified the driver as 41-year-old Franklin Driscoll of Chelsea, VT. Driscoll was transported to a local medical facility and treated for minor injuries sustained in the accident.
He was then given criminal citations stemming from three outstanding in-state warrants in the following counties; Orange, Washington, and Windsor.
Driscoll will be appearing in Windsor County Court on Tuesday at 1:30 PM, Orange County Court on Wednesday at 8 AM, and Washington County Superior Court on Thursday at 8:30 AM to answer to the charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Criminally Suspended License.
