
The two suspects who the Lebanon Police Department believe to have stolen a vehicle from Key Nissan have been apprehended.
According to the Lebanon PD’s press release, on Thursday, December 24th, two individuals stole a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder off the lot of Key Nissan. Security camera photos of the individuals were then circulated, as police sought the public’s assistance in identifying the man and woman pictured.
On Tuesday, December 29th, police located and arrested the suspects; 35-year-old Deanna Depalo and 46-year-old Jason Goforth, both of Rutland, Vermont. Depalo was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, two counts of Burglary, and Criminal Mischief (Class A Misdemeanor). Goforth has been charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, two counts of Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Contempt (the latter two both Class A Misdemeanors).
Both individuals were held on preventative detention and transported to the Grafton County House of Corrections to await arraignment.
