Sobriety Housing Project Receives Additional Funds

According to a press release from Sullivan County Manager Derek Ferland, the county’s sobriety housing project is back on schedule.

According to Ferland, $800,000 in extra funds was sought based on a current construction budget. This led to the Board of Commissioners stepping back from the project on October 7th. Today, the funds were unanimously obtained from the Community Development Finance Authority Advisory Committee.

Ferland states that there is not currently a full design, but that he will be working with the project team to finalize the layout for the project at 19 Sullivan Street in Claremont, NH.
